Beat Fire with Firecom
Firecom Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Systems utilize potassium salt-based technology, providing an effective, cost-efficient, and environmentally responsible fire suppression solution. The extinguishing agent, known as Compound FPG, is stored in solid form within specially designed aerosol generators. Upon activation, the energy released by the initiator converts the solid compound into a fine gaseous aerosol. This aerosol rapidly disperses throughout the protected area and suppresses the fire by interrupting the chemical chain reaction of combustion. Unlike conventional gas-based systems, it effectively extinguishes fires without significantly reducing the oxygen concentration in the environment, making it safe for occupied spaces while ensuring reliable protection of critical assets and equipment.

How it works?
The chemical action suppresses the fire by interrupting the combustion chain reaction at the molecular level. Potassium radicals react with the flame's free radicals, effectively stopping the propagation of the fire.

The physical action contributes to extinguishment by absorbing heat from the combustion process and reducing the flame temperature below the level required to sustain burning.

Through the rapid and uniform saturation of the protected area, the aerosol effectively suppresses and extinguishes the fire while maintaining oxygen levels suitable for personnel safety, making it an efficient solution for the protection of critical equipment and enclosed spaces.
